Data we collect
Account and company details, verification evidence, RFQs, quotations, messages, uploaded files, usage and security data.
Why we use it
To provide matching, verification, audit, communication and transaction workflows; protect the service; and meet legal obligations.
Legal basis
Depending on the activity, processing is based on contract, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligation under applicable data-protection law.
Sharing
We share data only with authorized counterparties, auditors and service providers required to deliver the requested service. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
Data is retained only as long as needed for the service, disputes and legal obligations. Access controls, private storage and encryption are used where appropriate.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, subject to applicable law.
International transfers
Cross-border processing may occur when users, factories or providers are outside the EEA. Appropriate safeguards are used where required.
