By using ManuFlow, you agree to these terms.
The service
ManuFlow provides matching, verification, audit, scoring, communication and RFQ tools for business users.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect account access and be authorized to act for the stated company.
Verification and scores
Verification and Factory Score are decision-support tools based on available evidence at a point in time. They are not certification, legal advice or a guarantee of quality, solvency or performance.
Transactions
Buyers and suppliers remain responsible for due diligence, contracts, specifications, payments, delivery, compliance and dispute resolution.
Fees
Paid scope, price, timing, tax, travel and deliverables are confirmed before work begins. Custom work may require a non-refundable deposit.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; scrape the service; misuse confidential information; or bypass access controls.
Confidentiality and files
Users must have the right to share uploaded material. Access may be limited to authorized participants and service personnel.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ManuFlow is not liable for indirect loss or independent acts of users and third parties. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
